Make sure this does not become YOUR REALITY!!!!!!

 

Don't catch yourself saying:

   "I'll start thinking about my weight after the holidays"


Make your choices each and every time food /drink is presented to you.


Make enough good choices and you will not gain a huge amount of weight and hey - you might even lose some!


So what's it going to be CHOICE or CHANCE?
