How To Meal Prep For the Whole Week


As we all know, it's all in the planning and preparation. 

Egg Muffins - are delicious. I call them mini quiches because I usually
either lean bacon or chicken to them and normally have them at lunch
with some salad.

Never thought about having them for breakfast!!! What a great idea!

Mason Jars - need to get these on my Christmas List.
